We have been eating at Chez Maurice for over fifteen years -we visit only once ayear -and the welcome is wonderful as if we were weekly customers. The food is always fresh and Maurice loves to cook you his fish dishes of which he is very proud. If he hasn't got exactly what you want he will probably have the next time you visit or even that very night, last time we were there I mentioned I hadn't seen strawberrys in Kusadasi and by desert time he produced fresh strawberries. The setting is wonderful - by night you can watch the great sunsets over the bay and by day a lively beach -bed haven with good service to your sunbed ---very relaxing. We do feel we get good value for money and excellent food and service
